The general structure, software, texts, images, videos, sound, know-how, animations, and more generally, all of the information and content shown on the www.intermedasia.com portal are the property of Intermed Asia Ltd or are subject to a license agreement.

The foregoing items are subject to copyright legislation. Any representation, modification, reproduction, misrepresentation, whether total or partial, of all or part of the site or its content, via whatever type of process or medium, without Intermed Asia¡¦s prior consent might expose the non-authorized user to punitive sanctions under the relevant applicable local laws. Any databases appearing on the www.intermedasia.com are protected by the provisions of the European Directive of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.
